Portable griddle for use on 30"W. Gas and Dual Fuel Ranges (Viking Product Line). It fits easily over the middle fish burner for convenient griddling/indoor grilling.
Cast aluminum with commercial grade nonstick finish.
Reversible for griddling on one side and smokeless indoor grilling on the other.
Can also be used to quickly defrost frozen foods.
