At Rice’s Appliance, we stand behind our pledge to always have the lowest prices available, every day. However, if by chance a local stocking competitor advertises the identical item at a lower price, we guarantee we'll match the price on the spot! And, if a lower price is advertised by a local competitor within 30-days after the delivery of your Rice’s Appliance purchase, we'll cheerfully refund the difference.
Our price guarantee applies to advertised prices on in stock merchandise. Naturally, this low price guarantee does not apply to one-of-a-kinds, limited quantity offers, bonus or free offers, installation or rebates, special financing, demo or damaged merchandise. Price verification may be required. Limit to one adjustment per item.

There may be occurrences when information on our website or in our catalog may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may pertain to product pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct and/or update any content on this website without notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Pricing on our Website
We have taken great care to provide you with information that is accurate and useful. Please notify us if you find an error and we will do our best to correct it. We ask that you contact us directly or visit our stores to confirm information about pricing, color, features, dimensions, availability and order lead times.
Manufacturer delivery dates are estimates, Not guaranteed.
Product that the manufacture does not have in stock is considered a backorder. They are either waiting for the product to arrive or to be produced. Product may also be delayed due to availability of parts necessary to produce the item(s).
Merchandise denoted and purchased as Clearance is sold "AS-IS" and cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Manufacturer Defects / Home Damage
All Manufacturer Defect and/or Home Damage must be reported at the time of pick-up or delivery. Any damage not considered a manufacturer defect will be subject to in-home trip charge to inspect.
Rice's does not currently deliver/ship out of state.
All balances must be paid in full prior to delivery. COD's will not be delivered.
If you are not home for a scheduled delivery, an additional delivery fee will be charged.
At the time of your delivery, please inspect your merchandise. Your signature at delivery constitutes that your merchandise was received in satisfactory condition. All cosmetic issues must be noted at this time. After this time all cosmetic issues are the responsibility of the customer.
Rice's will not be responsible for any in-home damage reported after our delivery team leaves the residence. Damage must be reported and noted while our drivers are still at the home.
Prior to purchase, please ensure that the merchandise you've selected will fit through doorways, and other space-restricted areas (stairways, hallways, and low ceilings). Please measure these areas as well as the room for the merchandise. Failure to deliver due to those circumstances does not reserve the right to cancel the order, or to a refund of the delivery charges.
At Rice’s, our mission is to ensure your 100% satisfaction with your purchase in-store or online. If, for any reason, you would like to return your item, you may do so within 30 days of purchasing. Any item being returned must be in the original manufacturer’s packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards, and in new condition (unused) to receive a full refund. Appliances that have been installed are not eligible for refund.
Refunds over $50 for cash or check sales will be refunded by a Rice’s check within 10-14 business days after the item is returned.
If your Major Appliance should incur a mechanical defect prohibiting the item from working within the first 7 days of ownership, Rice’s will gladly replace the item after a factory-authorized service technician confirms the defect. Many times an initial failure can be a loose connection or installation related and will be corrected easily by the technician. If the technician is unable to correct the issue on the first trip, Rice’s will replace the unit. If your major appliance should incur a mechanical defect after the first 7 days of ownership, a Rice’s staff member will arrange for a manufacturer’s authorized service center to repair your item under the terms and agreements of the manufacturer’s Limited Warranty.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged for any returns/exchanges made that do not meet the above guidelines, in addition to any delivery or installation charges incurred. Special order and built-in appliances require a 100% deposit for Rice’s to order from the manufacturer and cannot be returned once the products have been ordered.
Major Appliance Dimensions
With the advancement in technology in major appliances today, certain appliances can have a different height, width, and depth than the appliances currently residing in your home. A Rice’s sales associate will provide you with all the appropriate dimensions. We ask that you confirm your measurements at home to ensure a re-stocking and re-delivery fee is not incurred.
Appliance/BBQ Grills Fuel Type
Rice’s Appliance is not responsible for incorrect information given to a Rice’s sales associate as to a major appliance’s color and fuel type (natural gas, LP, or electric). Please make sure any information required is confirmed after the sale and before delivery to avoid any re-stocking and delivery fees associated in a return if the information given to Rice’s is incorrect.
Exceptions to our Policy:
- Any Delivery/Installation charges, cords, kits (including stacking, gas conversion, & side venting dryer kits) cannot be refunded once delivered or installed.
- Special order and built-in appliances are not eligible for return.
- Clearance, floor models, scratch and dent, and door buster items are priced as “final” and cannot be returned.
